1. During operation, if it is found that the pressure cannot go up or down, it is likely that the reversing valve has failed, causing the system to continue to unload or maintain high pressure.
2. The damping hole of the relief valve is blocked, there are burrs on the main valve core, and there is dirt in the valve core, the valve hole and the gap, etc., which may cause the main valve core to become stuck and in the fully open position, the hydraulic pressure output by the hydraulic pump will The oil returns directly to the tank through the relief valve, that is, the pressure oil line and the return oil line are short-circuited, resulting in a pressure-free system.
3. In a system with a one-way valve, if the direction of the one-way valve is installed in the opposite direction, the pressure may not rise.
4. Leakage inside and outside the system, such as serious leakage between the valve core and the valve body hole, will also cause the system pressure to fail to increase.
