When you want to operate hydraulic press machine, followings are saftey operation regulations.
1. The operator of the hydraulic press must be trained to master the equipment performance and operating technology before they can work independently.
2. The equipment must have a firm and reliable grounding.3. Before operation, clean up all kinds of debris on the mold and wipe off any dirt on the hydraulic machine rod.
4. The hydraulic press must be installed when the mold is stopped, and it is forbidden to collide with the start button.
5. Install the upper and lower molds to center, adjust the mold gap, do not allow one side to deviate from the center, confirm that the mold is fixed and try the pressure again.
6. Before the hydraulic press works, start the equipment idling for 5 minutes. At the same time, check whether the oil level of the oil tank is sufficient, whether the sound of the oil pump is normal, whether the hydraulic unit, pipes, joints, and pistons are leaking.
7. Start the equipment to test the pressure, check whether the pressure reaches the working pressure, whether the equipment moves normally and reliably, and whether there is any leakage.
8. Adjust the working pressure, but it should not exceed 90% of the rated pressure of the equipment, test a piece of work piece, and then produce after passing the inspection.
9. For different products, the working pressure and holding time of the press should be adjusted at any time according to the production process, and the product quality should be guaranteed and the mold and machinery will not be damaged.
10. When the slider of the press slides up and down, it is strictly forbidden to extend your hands and head into the slider and the working part of the mold.
11. It is strictly forbidden to perform operations such as tapping, stretching, welding, bending, and twisting the equipment while pressurizing.
12. Smoke, welding, hot fire, and flammable and explosive materials are not allowed to be stored around the hydraulic press.
13. After the hydraulic press is finished, the power supply should be cut off, the hydraulic lever of the press should be wiped clean, lubricating oil should be added, the mold, workpiece and surroundings of the machine should be cleaned up, and the items should be placed neatly.
