1. Start the equipment pressure test on the frame hydraulic press to check whether the pressure reaches the working pressure. Whether the equipment moves normally and reliably, and whether there is any leakage.

2. Adjust the working pressure, but it should not exceed 90% of the rated pressure of the equipment. Produce after passing the inspection.
3. For different hydraulic materials and workpieces, when pressing and adjusting, the working pressure, pressure, and pressure holding times and time of the press should be adjusted at any time, and the mold and workpiece should not be damaged.

4. When the press plate of the machine body slides up and down, it is strictly forbidden to extend your hands and head into the press plate and the working part of the mold.

5. It is strictly forbidden to perform operations such as percussion, stretching, welding and cutting, bending and twisting while applying pressure.
6. Smoke, welding, hot fire, and flammable and explosive materials are not allowed to be stored around the frame hydraulic press. Take fire prevention measures.

7. After the frame hydraulic press is finished, the power supply should be cut off, the hydraulic rod of the press should be wiped clean, lubricating oil should be added, the molds and workpieces should be cleaned and placed neatly.
